Job Description:

The Virtual Independent Agent (VIA) are in charge to service outbound customers make sales calls from home, using a computer, a telephone line and a broadband access connection. VIA’s qualifies lead eligibility, communicate features/benefits of account, overcomes objections.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 20 Hrs per week availability
  1+ year of telephone sales/customer service preferred
  Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
  Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  Excellent attendance records a MAJOR plus!
  Solid PC skills
  Bilingual (Spanish) a plus – not mandatory
  Friendly and outgoing individuals willing to give our customers A+ Customer Service.
